About the Role
Join our team to take over, improve, and industrialize an existing platform for one of our major clients (regulatory/banking/insurance sectors). Your mission: strengthen the backend and industrialize the Azure infrastructure for critical agent workflows with high business requirements.
Tech stack: Django asynchronous (Channels/ASGI), custom WebSocket, Redis, PostgreSQL, Azure Cloud (App Service, Container Instances, DevOps), CI/CD
Your Missions
- Maintain and evolve the asynchronous Django backend (Channels/ASGI) with custom WebSocket, Redis, PostgreSQL
- Industrialize on Azure: automated deployment, CI/CD, security, monitoring
- Design and secure real-time APIs (WebSocket) to pilot agent workflows
- Improve robustness, performance, and observability (logs/metrics/traces)
- Set up monitoring and alerting for critical systems
- Integrate and orchestrate LLMs (major providers and local models)
- Collaborate daily with client teams, our Flow Engineers and agentic architects
- Take ownership of infrastructure: security, scalability, availability
Required Skills
- 5+ years professional experience (7-10 years appreciated) in demanding backend environments
- Backend: Asynchronous Django (Django Channels, ASGI, Uvicorn), Redis, custom WebSocket
- Azure DevOps: App Service, Container Instances, Azure DevOps Pipelines, ARM/Bicep
- Robust CI/CD, automated deployment, secrets management
- Monitoring and observability (Azure Monitor, Application Insights)
- Real-time API design, concurrency management, resilience and security
- GitHub (team workflow, PR, code review)
- Professional English
- Very strong autonomy, business sense, ability to say "I don't know" and learn fast
- Ability to travel outside EU (~1-2 times/year, 1 week/stay, all expenses covered)
Nice to Have
- Experience in regulated environments (banking/insurance)
- Multi-provider LLM integration (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models)
- Kubernetes/Docker, container orchestration
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep)
- Azure security (Key Vault, Managed Identity, Network Security)
- Real-time observability and performance (profiling, caching, backpressure)
- Clear client communication, product sense, impact orientation
- GDPR / AI Act best practices
